I just picked up my first 2013 328i X Drive on 12/24/12. This was my first BMW purchase and the experience was fantastic. Just got our third new BMW through Ganley. As usual the team there was AWESOME! My wife & I traded in our 2011 R350 & 2012 G37 Convertible for a new Black/Black 2013 X5 Premium 7 seater for her & we LOVE I team there was AWESOME! The buying experience was smooth & simple as usual & I wanted to give a special thanks to all the guys I work with when I come in; Ken Delk, Fred Palmer, Mike Hall, Adam Moon, Tom Tunnell & Jim Strunk. My son and I were/are both looking for a new vehicle. We worked with John Caruso through out the buying processes, who was extremely attentive and very customer friendly. He followed up with us after our f worked with John Caruso through out the buying processes, who was extremely attentive and very customer friendly. He followed up with us after our first visit, set a test drive, and provided us the opportunity to meet with Frank Steffan, manger and the Ganley team. Frank and John made our purchase of the new 640i Grand Coupe a great experience. They were reasonable on pricing both the new car and trade in. They took out the haggling, back and forth negotiations and were very fair to me (and I do my homework on both sides of the deal). The negotiation process took less than 15 minutes and was a very pleasant experience. For me in all my car purchases (this is my fourth BMW, but first through Ganley), that was a very unique experience. It was a pleasure working with them and I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone on the Ganley staff was pleasant and customer focused. Fred Palmer did our closing and was honest, professional and efficient. All in all I have nothing but great things to say about our experience in purchasing our new BMW at Ganley. While we are still looking for the right pre-owned vehicle for my son, we are hoping that Ganley will be the one to have it. More

From the moment I walked in the store, I was treated like a long, lost friend. I was invited in because my lease was coming due in 3 months. Because of some very timely BMW incentives, along with Adam Moon a long, lost friend. I was invited in because my lease was coming due in 3 months. Because of some very timely BMW incentives, along with Adam Moon and Fred Palmer (Managers) having someone that was looking exactly for my old 2010 BMW, they got me out of my lease early and into a new, vehicle (with more equipment), keeping my lease payment within a couple of dollars of the previous lease. The next day, after giving me the deal of a lifetime, they turned me over to John Caruso to deliver my new car. John was also very helpful and very knowledgeable. My last five cars have been from Ganley BMW I have always had an outstanding experience. I can't say enough about the Ganley BMW team. More
