Katja was extraordinary, in several ways. I did not go to Paramount Kia to buy an auto yesterday. I went to test drive a Telluride. For months I’ve been researching 3 row SUVs, and had n I did not go to Paramount Kia to buy an auto yesterday. I went to test drive a Telluride. For months I’ve been researching 3 row SUVs, and had narrowed my choice to a Telluride or a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Katja seemed to know everything about both vehicles, and she pointed out the advantages the Telluride held. It costs more than the Highlander, but it’s worth it. Paramount only had 2 i stock, but one was just what I wanted, and she helped me get a fair deal. She’s also very charming. More

She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter drove off the lot in a new car despite my daughter being in the negative with her trade-in. I truly wasn't looking to buy the car today, but after working with her and Amanda, it was a no-brainer. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to work with these awesome ladies. I had a negative experience at a previous car dealership when I bought my last car. So I was very skeptical when I went to Kia to see what offers they had. After assessing our situation, we determined that we were in the negative with our trade-in, meaning we owed more than what our car was worth. Katja was determined to make sure we drove off the lot in a brand new car! After she crunched some numbers, she made us a deal we couldn't refuse. We can't say enough about how happy we were when we left the dealership. Her professionalism and superb customer service skills made our dream come true with driving off the lot in my first ever brand new car! I highly recommend anyone to work with her on a deal.
