I had a 7am appointment for an oil change, upon arrival at 650am I had to wait in my car which is no problem. I ask the worker for prices on oil change and he told me depends between 35-60 dollars but that at 650am I had to wait in my car which is no problem. I ask the worker for prices on oil change and he told me depends between 35-60 dollars but that I would have to wait for Andre which I didn’t have an issue to wait a little bit. But andre shows up to his cubicle at 715 then instead of getting to work he is on his cell phone not acknowledging the customer, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Then to make make matters worst he tells me the oil change is 90 bucks out the door. That is ridiculous for a Hyundai it’s not a truck that would take 8 quarts of full synthetic oil. I ask if there dealership would honor a coupon from another local competitor Hyundai dealership and he said no so basically he lost that sale. Terrible terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone. More
