The staff at Toyota of Cleveland will make you feel comfortable when shopping for a vehicle, and they will actually listen to you, and fully address all your vehicle needs and budget concerns. I have never had a better vehicle buying experience before. They actually care about the buyer, and not about just making a sale. I know they work on commission, and I respect that, but they treat you like a person, and not a dollar sign. Jason Keith is a wonderful person, and a great salesman, and I appreciate the time he took to listen to me, and he was more than willing to work inside my budget constraints, and help me find what I needed, and not just put me in something I didn't want or need.
