HIGHLY Recommended I have purchased 5 cars from this dealership since 2003 and i have always had great service. I have only purchased Corollas in the past but i loved t I have purchased 5 cars from this dealership since 2003 and i have always had great service. I have only purchased Corollas in the past but i loved the look of the 2019 Rav4 so I went by the dealership to test drive one. Russell Bishop was my salesperson and he was GREAT to work with. He answered all of my questions and was straight forward and didn't talk down to me at all. I took my time making a decision but Russell answered every random question that I through at him over the next few weeks. When I finally made the decision to buy the Rav4 they were great through the process and even though it took a while to negotiate everyone was patient (or at least hid their aggravation well). I like to do my research and I tend to know what I want and what I expect and this dealership always meets or exceeds those expectations. *The service department is top notch as well. More

Good Experience for Service at Toyota of Cleveland Very satisfied with the entire process of recent torque converter replacement on our 2013 Toyota Camry. Although very disappointed with the poor desig Very satisfied with the entire process of recent torque converter replacement on our 2013 Toyota Camry. Although very disappointed with the poor design by Toyota of this transmission part, I was treated very well from beginning to end with the service department. My initial call to Tom Trout to discuss the issue was professional, friendly and courteous. The appointment he made for me to come in and have the issue evaluated went well and Anthony Durbin took his time in explaining the problem and how it would be handled under the Warranty Extension Program by Toyota. He ordered the replacement parts and set up another appointment to make the repair. Anthony explained that it should take about a half day or possibly just a little longer. The day of the repair they immediately took the car to the service area. During the time of the repair I was "checked on" by different members of the team to see if I needed anything, (drinks, snacks, etc.). Anthony came back with an update and just slightly over four hours the job was finished and I was on my way. Great people to deal with for service and repairs. More
