Always a good experience at the woodlands dealership. Excellent customer service every time I’ve come there. I love it so much! I bought two at one time. The best of the best!!! Trent is a proverbial SUP Excellent customer service every time I’ve come there. I love it so much! I bought two at one time. The best of the best!!! Trent is a proverbial SUPERSTAR!! Trent and Mike in front office and Arturo in finance.. are my heroes, excellent to work with and make this such an excellent experience when I purchase both of my Mercedes at the same time, when I decide to leave North, Greenway, that was the best thing I could have done!! More

Our pre-owned GL450 had a recall and MBTW sent a service mgr & tech to our home to inspect the vehicle. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The car failed first inspection but was deemed s mgr & tech to our home to inspect the vehicle. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The car failed first inspection but was deemed safe after second test. They explained in full detail the situation, instructing another check every 2 years and an affidavit in the event the car is sold. In addition, I purchased my E350 new from MBTW and have been extremely impressed by their service dept. we have owned several Mercedes in different cities and, by far, MBTW has provided exceptional service. More

If I could give 10 stars I would. Every person we came into contact with had excellent customer service and knowledge. They were so helpful and friendly. They were able to get my '22 GLE450 right in and fix a small issue the same day. I had a terrible experience at the autonation up the road, so I am thrilled to have chosen MBOTW for my service issue. We definitely found a top-notch Mercedes dealership for all of our future purchases and service needs on this vehicle and our AMG. The difference between this dealership (the people and the facility) and the autonation at 1960 is night and day. Pass that other one and head to the woodlands!! Cannot recommend them enough. More

I have never had better service at any car dealership/service department. It makes you want to purchase another Mercedes. The Waiting room is very comfortable and plenty of snacks, coffee, d dealership/service department. It makes you want to purchase another Mercedes. Great Service today from Mike Lange, Anthony Walding and the Service Team - brought my 2017 in for Recommended Maintenance and received the vehicle back fast. Service included engine oil & filter, transmis the Service Team - brought my 2017 in for Recommended Maintenance and received the vehicle back fast. Service included engine oil & filter, transmission fluid & filter, brake fluid, differential fluid, as well as wipers, engine air filter, cabin filter and a complete vehicle inspection - all in 3 hours. Though my car, not a Mercedes, your team afforded me the same courtesy as a Mercedes owner including a free loaner car; a Mercedes, while you were servicing mine. My car was in for general maintenance and a safety check. Amongst other general services needed to my car, I also needed 4 new tires and of course, a 4 wheel alignment. While reviewing your estimate, I checked your tire pricing against other local discount tire centers and found your pricing competitively comparable. This was surprising due to the fact that you are a High Line Mercedes Dealership in the heart of The Woodlands. I don't think most consumers realize that their local dealerships have become most competitive in this arena and that they can feel comfortable having their car services at the dealership level and leave with Piece of Mind knowing that their car received top notch service and that they have you, the dealership to back their services, 100% Guaranteed.
