Ben Ossome is a perfect example of how good customer service is handled. He keeps me informed on the availability of the desired vehicle to purchase and went out of his way in coming over to my house on service is handled. I have been trying to call the service department the whole day on 11/24 but no help was available except that a female service rep asked me to have the car towed to the dealership. I called Ben Ossome and he did come out to my residence and the problem was solved. Without Ben's extra service i would not have been able to use that care that night. a 5 Star for Ben Ossome. More
