Simple, hassle free buying experience with Steve Mihalic I was in the dealership for service and browsing the lot to kill time. Steve offered to help me while I waited for my 5 series to be serviced. Steve Mihalic was upfront and worked quickly to answer my questions and followed up with a few emails later that day. We agreed on a fair price and fair transaction. Finance team was easy to work with too. I came back a few days later and they had everything ready for me and I was in and out in 1 hour with the CPO vehicle I wanted.
