As usual, this dealer meets and exceed expectations for customer service all around. Upon entering, I'm greeted with smiles and warm words. I've come to the dealer for over 11 years now, from my previous p customer service all around. Upon entering, I'm greeted with smiles and warm words. I've come to the dealer for over 11 years now, from my previous purchase of a sonata. Even though some faces have changed over that time a decent amount that remains will still show familiarity when they see me. Steve and I conversed about college days with ourselves and children through the Hawkeye connection. The name "Family Hyundai dealership" really fits the location. They are always welcoming and my new purchase went as smoothly as I expected it. Though I hadn't met Carlos before, he was a gracious participant in my purchase. We laughed and stayed focus on the deal being complete efficiently. Al is someone that also, makes you laugh and present honest information about the cars and the history. When I see him, I am even more at ease because he comes off genuine and appreciative of my presence and jovial demeanor. All in all I m happy with my purchase and look forward to moment of connection whenever I am in the dealership. Thanks again, to everyone involved in this recent purchase of a new car... Kudos! More

Long-time customer. Got my dad, brother, sister, and wife to buy cars from Family Hyundai. I always do my service on my vehicle there as well. Normally have good experiences but buying this new car for my wife was not one of them. The salesman I had said they'd match my trade in value that Carmax gave and then lowballed me by $600 saying that it was to cover some "taxes and fees" although I never saw that on the actual paperwork. Also he took advantage of my pregnant wife falling in love with a vehicle to charge me $2,000 over MSRP even though a previous salesman told me Family Hyundai sold cars at MSRP. He said oh we need to charge of because of stock when they had an entire back lot filled with the cars. I understand he has a job to do but I have been a longtime loyal customer and this was by far the worst experience I have had there. My salesman did not take care of me at all. More
