1: Don't like that you can't schedule appts. on Saturdays. It would make it much more convenient if appts. were available. 2: No one called to tell me my car was ready, I was just told very fi on Saturdays. It would make it much more convenient if appts. were available. 2: No one called to tell me my car was ready, I was just told very firmly on Friday when I dropped my car off BE HERE BEFORE 12. Better communication between the technician and customer would be nice. 3: Although, they did end up washing my car, I had to ASK for it and still was given a vague answer if it would happen. Like they would be doing me a favor or something.That should be STANDARD when you take your car for maintenance (like it was in the good old days). 4: It would also be nice if the Cadillac service side was actually open on Saturdays, maybe the technicians on the Chevy side wouldn't have to work so hard squeezing in all the customers from Cadillac AND Chevy. 5: The indoor waiting area of the service dept. was nice and clean so that was a plus! More
