Sales rep was excellent. The finance guy was awful. The dealership had the car I wanted this is why I used them. But they were not helpful with financing and it took a week The finance guy was awful. The dealership had the car I wanted this is why I used them. But they were not helpful with financing and it took a week for them to release the car. I never bought a car where I had financing ready and they refused to release the car. More
