My 2019 F250 quit while driving through the tunnel on I70. Had a trailer attached and an elk in the back. I was on my way to NY State. Ford Pass contacted several closer dealerships about my situation an I70. Had a trailer attached and an elk in the back. I was on my way to NY State. Ford Pass contacted several closer dealerships about my situation and I was told it would be 2 weeks to one month before they could look at it. I called Phil Long service and spoke with Don. He told me to get it there and they would take a look at it. Don connected me to the sales department and they prepared a list of F250 and F350 vehicles in stock and after realizing my F250 was going to take a week to repair I purchased a new F350 and was back on the road within 4 hours of breaking down. I can honestly say that this was the best dealership wide experience ever. So much so that today, one year later, I am calling them from NY State to purchase another vehicle from them. More

I just got some maintenance done on my 2008 Ford Fusion. The service staff at Phil Long was very professional and helpful. He even cut my cost down, due to a parts order delay which meant them keeping my car a few more days than expected. Overall, Phil Long has always been helpful and efficient when I've brought my car in. More

Excellent experience all around! Our salesman was Brandon, he was awesome! Very knowledgable about the vehicles, easy to talk to, very responsive during email and text communication. I can be overbearing with all of my questions and obsession about details, but he kept me informed and updated all through out the sales process. have had good and bad at this dealer but it is the closest to me. Had to take 2018 in 4 times before they would replace the trailer wiring. Keep blowing fuses every time I launched a boat and YES it was unplugged. Just got back my 2010 F150 and runs worse then when the changed oil, radiator hoses and 1 oxygen sensor. Now I got to tow it in myself 40 miles. I drove it a total of about 50 miles. bad mgt rating due to the fact they never responded twice to my having my parks pass disappear (hang tag style) in their care. I have to buy a replacement for $60. org cost $124 More

Car was brought in the day that I called and was done quickly and accurately. Had an engine misfire that other dealers could not properly diagnose. Took exceptional care of my car and even parked it insi quickly and accurately. Had an engine misfire that other dealers could not properly diagnose. Never had such good service from a dealer in 40 years of having new cars getting repaired. More

Don Heck, my service advisor, at Phil Long Ford has been nothing short of professional and timely in all our transactions. My Ford is reaching 100K miles and has needed service work prior to my warranty exp nothing short of professional and timely in all our transactions. My Ford is reaching 100K miles and has needed service work prior to my warranty expiring. Don is extremely thorough in figuring out what needs fixed, he sticks by what he says, and is honest to the core. I have never had to worry about him giving me the run-around, or charging me for a service I do not need. He always checks warranty coverage and finds ways to keep my costs at a minimum. I am incredibly thankful he is my service advisor and for his quick responses to all my questions. Highly recommend Don! More
