Doug has gone above the norm to make sure my experience is always trouble free. I greatly appreciate how he treats me & I am sure all his customers. He returns my calls at the time he said he would, he is always prepared with the necessary information & answers about my car & always explains my situation in a way that a non-car guy like me can understand. Very grateful for that last one as I hate being talked down too by techs/mechanics. I wish I could give Doug more than 5 stars because he's that good ! More
