Unprofessional staff. First they were trying to charge us a deductible ( which we told they we didn’t have one for that particular service). I have a 13year old daughter( First they were trying to charge us a deductible ( which we told they we didn’t have one for that particular service). I have a 13year old daughter( was at school), 3 year old daughter and a 2 year old, they were playing in the boat structure they have for kids that come in, we were there for hours, after which they starting playing with other children that were there. They will scream out of excitement which I kept asking them not to yell. The secretary yelled from across the room to “stop yelling, it’s a business”. It caught me off guard and didn’t say a word to her. The kids keep quiet, playing and yelled again. She came up to all the children and yelled at them to stop screaming. I looked at her and asked not to speak to my children unless yell at them. No other employee approached to help, I asked the gentleman helping us to remind her she is an employee and not to be yelling at no stranger kids. No other customer seemed bother for the few times the kids yelled, the building was loud from being busy. The secretary was louder and creating a ruckus with her yelling. More

As a woman I've never felt comfortable going into auto shops or car related stores. I had heard that Maita Toyota had two women associates that I was thrilled to shop from. In the past I have dealt with m shops or car related stores. I had heard that Maita Toyota had two women associates that I was thrilled to shop from. In the past I have dealt with male associates and I have been disrespected and talked down to. I expected to be treated differently by women. However that was not the case. Not only were their skills lacking in parts service, they were rude and treated me like I was incompetent. I don't know how they even got hired at this establishment. I would rather get talked down to a little bit by male than have to deal with these very incompetent women. I believe their names were Susanna and Dee. I do not recommend this establishment because of these two women. One of them acted like a know-it-all like she knew better than me and the other one kept mumbling to herself and I couldn't even understand what she was saying. Needless to say, hopefully Toyota can hire more competent staff, especially women, because it makes women look bad. Also they need to regulate phones. I've seen several employees talking on the phone, using airpods, or just outright texting. It is mainly the cashiers. Please do better. More

I arrived a couple minutes early went to Lane 1 as instructed for my maintenance appointment. Was told to go to lane 3 meanwhile other cars came to lane.1 and were waited on before me. when I finally instructed for my maintenance appointment. Even though I pointed out to Dwayne that he'd mixed up my home phone and cell numbers, he didn't correct the error so I didn't receive any text messages during the day on the status of my vehicle and had to home phone and cell numbers, he didn't correct the error so I didn't receive any text messages during the day on the status of my vehicle and had to call him 4 times updates.
