My recent purchase was the 2nd consecutive car purchase at this dealership and Sam. We had been looking around, but our final stop was with the Dean Team as we knew that would be the benchmark. Sam Goevert is the most helpful and least intrusive car specialist I have dealt with in my life. He is always focused on the right outcome, not selling a car. He pulled up/showed us the competitions vehicles to make sure when we chose it was correct. We ended up purchasing an Atlas Cross Sport from Sam. This vehicle was for my wife, and Sam was very conscious of that fact. He helped her to evaluate the fit in a way that didn't make her uncomfortable or put her on the spot. In the end, I think that we purchased the vehicle in order to have an excuse to work with Sam again. More

The whole atmosphere in this dealership was warm and peaceful. Walter was extremely patient and we had some very specific needs in a vehicle to accommodate some health issues. In 2021 I met Sam Grovert and have worked I started with Annie in servicing my 2008 Tribeca. I bought my Subaru Forrester in 2019 from Dean Team. In 2021 I met Sam Grovert and have worked with Sam for leasing of my 2022 Forester Wilderness, the purchase of my 2023 WRX Limited and my 2024 WRX Limited. Sam has also worked with us to purchase our 2022 Outback. Sam and Annie are the best in the business and are an asset to the Dean Team. Their personal service, care and ability to dial in to the needs of the customer are unmatched. Sams ability to anticipate the needs of the customer is uncanny! I also say the same about Annie. Bought 2 cars from them and they still tried to screw me over! My first Crosstrek hybrid died after 6 years (nightmare with the service department!!)
