I purchased a used car and was sent with a loaner so that cosmetic touch ups could be addressed. After me making contact and demanding it be delivered to me after waiting an entire week, ZERO of the touch up cosmetic touch ups could be addressed. After me making contact and demanding it be delivered to me after waiting an entire week, ZERO of the touch ups were made. I'm continuously told I'll get an appointment to have the necessary paint touch ups made, which has yet to happen. Seems focus here is only on brand new Cadillac sales. I'm not impressed. Feel free to contact me. I was also xxxxx on interest and he would not even tell me what my credit score was. Only followed through because I'll pay it off much faster than I financed for. More
