I liked my current car and had no plans to purchase a new one, but then due to getting hit by another vehicle and the insurance totaling my car, I was forced to quickly find something else, mostly against my one, but then due to getting hit by another vehicle and the insurance totaling my car, I was forced to quickly find something else, mostly against my will. Several friends recommended Hondas and my son Brad had worked some years ago with Luis, so we made an appointment to see him. This turned the whole accident/insurance experience into a positive. Luis is very patient and kind and helped me find the right vehicle. I ended up with a new Honda Insight and I love it. Luis explained all the details on my new car in such detail; he went over and above the norm. Also the finance guys were great. You all turned a negative for me into a positive! More

The sense that they portrayed about their organization from the top on down and services provided gave some real confidence not just in the sale of a vehicle but the way they do business.
