Dave has always been great. I've had 2 Honda's 2006 Pilot & now 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid. Had an alignment done recently & I wasn't satisfied. I went on a 2+ wk vacation. Dave & Je I've had 2 Honda's 2006 Pilot & now 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid. Had an alignment done recently & I wasn't satisfied. I went on a 2+ wk vacation. Dave & Jeff Williams the Service Manager kept in touch with me & told me they would make it right. Jeff drove the car w me present & figured out a small adjustment to make it drive better. The alignment was within their specifications but my tire on right side must have been part of the problem. I'm happy w their attention & how much they worked to satisfy me. Thanks, Linda Dragoo More

I always get great service here and the people are great! They treat people like family. I always get the run down on my car and what is important to fix and what can wait until later. There has never been a time when I was pressured into fixing an issue. They also have a payment plan that helps for big projects, especially since my car is getting on in age and mileage. I enjoy coming to Honda of Lincoln for my car repairs. Plus the waiting room is very comfortable. More

Honda provided me a fairly common answer to software related issues saying an update is coming and to just wait for it. Meanwhile, my 2026 model Honda was not functioning as intended for 3 months. No up related issues saying an update is coming and to just wait for it. Meanwhile, my 2026 model Honda was not functioning as intended for 3 months. No update in sight. The dealer did the right thing and kept investigating and made the decision to change parts. No surprise to me, after replacing parts, everything works as intended. Honda obviously makes excuses to avoid warranty expense and it's a good thing that dealers can still hold them accountable. More
