Not only was the the process of converting my reservation effortless but Robert constantly kept in touch with me the entire time. When it was finally delivered Robert sent photos and immediately started working with me to purchase my Braptor. I failed to mention that this was all done with me living in California. Klaben Ford, Robert, Jennifer Bowen as well as Angela Gennaro again made this completely painless.
