I had to make a service appt as my keys would not pair with car. Rather than leave me car-less Jessica suggested another Tech try to pair the keys to car. After uninstalling and reinstalling app the ke with car. Rather than leave me car-less Jessica suggested another Tech try to pair the keys to car. After uninstalling and reinstalling app the keys paired and I was on my way. Appreciate her suggestion before surrendering car for the day More

When I arrived with my XC60 they were ready for me and my vehicle and greeted me in a polite and positive way. My problem was diagnosed promptly and the repairs were completed the same day. I was provided wi vehicle and greeted me in a polite and positive way. My problem was diagnosed promptly and the repairs were completed the same day. I was provided with a loaner vehicle and was able to complete my busy day and got my vehicle back at the end of the day. A good experience no doubt I will return. More
