My wife and I met Debbie when we visited the dealership shortly after our car was stolen. She was sympathetic to our situation and respected that we were on a fact-finding mission as our insurance claim wo shortly after our car was stolen. Debbie listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions and let us take a few test drives before we left with the hope we would hear back from her. True to her word, Debbie texted a few weeks later saying she had found the Forester for us — and she was absolutely right! Once my wife and I decided to buy it we were in the very capable hands of the rest of the dealership staff. But before we left Debbie made sure to take the time to walk my wife through all the dashboard functions and controls. Debbie is the kind of person you dream about selling you a car — friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. More

As an owner of a Gen 1 and Gen 3 Outback - I was sure I wanted to buy a new one (Gen 6) - and Shawn did an excellent job working with me to figure out which trim would work best for my family. THis was not an easy task - and he certainly put in the work. I have been to Herb Gordon Subaru for servicing all my outbacks - and this stellar experience is the reason I wanted to purchase from them. I was lucky enough to get Shawn and will be looking to him for outfitting my three kids with vehicles (at least three more years till the first one is a driver). Thanks again ! More

Due to an extremely unfortunate experience with another Subaru dealership in Maryland, we bought a new Outback in February of 2022. We had an excellent experience with the sales team, and a few weeks ago b Subaru dealership in Maryland, we bought a new Outback in February of 2022. We had an excellent experience with the sales team, and a few weeks ago brought our new car in for its very first service. We were blown away! Mike Goodman walked us through every step of the service, gave us discounts on some of the initial items, and was personable, knowledgeable, and forthright. I had lovely conversations with several other members of the service team while I waited for my car to be completed, and I was also given permission to bring my small dog to the dealership as we were coming directly from the vet. We were excessively pleased with both the quality, efficiency, and pricing of our service and cannot wait to bring our car here in the future. We also hope to bring our 2011 Subaru in for service, so that we may never have to return to other Subaru dealerships in the area that have shown their true colors. More

I can be pretty skeptical about having someone work on my car. Usually my husband does 90% of the maintenance and repairs on our vehicles. But since I bought my first Subaru at Herb Gordon, I have been going car. Usually my husband does 90% of the maintenance and repairs on our vehicles. But since I bought my first Subaru at Herb Gordon, I have been going there for much of the work. I feel like they've been honest with me as far as what my car needs and what my husband can do. (So that's helped on some of the labor costs and I really appreciate that!) Shout out to my new favorite service advisor, Michael Goodman! And the last time I went in I did not have an appointment, I was just doing the walk-in Express. All of the service advisors were busy, so the service director, Greg Edwards came right out to help me. Quality leadership makes a great team! Thank you Greg and Michael! More

This is the Best place to service your vehicle! I took my car in because I was having an issue and my mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with my car but I knew there was. I took the car over to the Service department and they were able to not only find a fix the issue But they also gave me ideas as to what needs to get fixed next. I’m so thankful that I can come to the marina she comes up with my car. More
