Specifically, Josh Daniel and David Theado. Joe Cleaver did a great job of explaining all the warranty and extended service plans, as well as making the formal purchase process a breeze. All three gentlemen worked overtime that evening (we left the dealership after 10 PM!) to ensure all the I's were dotted and T's crossed; most importantly, they ensured we were 100% satisfied with the purchase of our new X7. Leah Greenfield, one of the BMW Geniuses Team members, did a phenomenal job the next morning in getting me "functionally proficient" with the myriad technological bells & whistles within this amazing vehicle. All & all, a great experience thus far and we're happy to have Ferman BMW as our longterm Service Center home. More
