Recall Service Appointment My recall meant a full day of service. I was provided with a similar vehicle to use for the day, and that was so easy and quick to arrange. Not the Best I’ve been to the Klaben Ford service center quite a few times for regular maitiaince and oil changes and the last two times have not been the best. Th I’ve been to the Klaben Ford service center quite a few times for regular maitiaince and oil changes and the last two times have not been the best. The maintance on my car was done quickly and efficiently, but the staff was less than friendly. I worked with Joe who is normally very good but this time it just seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered and had better things he could be doing. I brought my car in for an oil change and mentioned a problem I had with my transmission to which he answers there was nothing they could do today and I’d have to bring it back. Before I could even ask again he had walked away. The employee who brought my car back from the car wash mentioned the problem is been having (shaking when the car switched from 1st to 2nd gear) and asked if I knew about it. He was very helpful (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) and went and found Joe so I could schedule another appointment. Again, Joe seemed like I wasn’t worth his time and it just made the whole experience less than pleasant. I just found it odd that I’ve dealt with Joe a few times before and never had an issue. More

Great Customer Service by Joe and Brandon Joe greeted me and started the process while Brandon was on the phone, then Brandon did the rest. Both were very professional and customer focused. The reason for the overall "good" vs. "excellent" rating is because it takes so long for the services to be performed. It usually takes 1 to 2 hours for my car to be serviced after check-in. At a dealership at which I had a previously owned Lincoln serviced the LOF was guaranteed for no longer that 30 minutes or free. Does the tire rotation and look at the brakes take an additional 1 plus hour? I didn't get a car wash because I had other commitments and couldn't stay another 30 to 60 minutes for the wash. I was offered a ride home and pick-up, however that would have not allowed me to do my other errands and would have taken about the same amount of time back and forth as it did to just sit there. I was not offered a car to use while mine was being serviced. More
