Well. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased at BMW Westlake. John Redden is fabulous. Very responsive and he has such a good memory I just mentioned what I was looking for in my next car about a year ago and h John Redden is fabulous. Very good service for the entire dealership. Every person that works there goes above and beyond. Bob the manager is great. Jim in service is always good to work with. Nate in service is nice.
