Exceptional service and communication with everyone I dealt Couldn't be more please with everyone I dealt with from John the GM, who went out of his way to send me very detailed pics since I was an out of state Couldn't be more please with everyone I dealt with from John the GM, who went out of his way to send me very detailed pics since I was an out of state buyer. Then Jason was quick to get me the paperwork necessary to complete the transaction. Then Cory handled all the financial wire and Karen was quick to call me back regarding the new title. 5 Star A plus rating for everyone at Gateway!!! More

I bought my first car from Jon in 2001 (Monte SS) and it's still in the family and several more since then. Jon and JJ worked hard to get the price down to a reasonable number and I'm satisfied with the product and the service. I'll check back with these guys for my next one too. More

The support, guidance, and knowledge that Danielle gave me through the process will never be forgotten. In the finance department, Cadie was very informative and helped me understand the process which was greatly appreciated when leasing your first car! The management team was supportive and willing to get me in the car that I wanted.
