The purchase process at Ferman mini was easy. Salesman William “Race” Alley, was open and honest. When a problem with the car happened after the sale he was very instrumental in getting it resolved. To the point of bringing the car to another dealership (Tesla), for service on his own time. They did not have the outrageous dealer fees that many other dealers try to make you pay. Very satisfied customer. More
