It’s hard to express how appreciative I am for all the help I’ve received by getting into my new car. From my sales advisor Pat to the assistant GM Karl I was treated with kindness and support. When I met help I’ve received by getting into my new car. From my sales advisor Pat to the assistant GM Karl I was treated with kindness and support. When I met with the finance department Joe took care of everything and made the process easy. I even had Paul the service manager help in making sure my transition from one car to the next was easy and done without any stress. I couldn’t be any happier with the entire team! The BMW Genius was amazing and very educated on teaching me how use all the technology within my car. Thank you to everyone! More

I purchased new BMW (335d) from Ferman and had it serviced there religiously for a lot of years. Recently the dealership made the decision to stop servicing older vehicles and advised me that they w serviced there religiously for a lot of years. Recently the dealership made the decision to stop servicing older vehicles and advised me that they would not service my vehicle. How could they not service BMW's at a BMW dealership? I noted the dealership servicing policy on older vehicles in a survey. I was subsequently advised that I had been blacklisted from the dealership. They wanted nothing to do with me or my vehicle. The dealership was being very vindictive to a customer that has paid them thousands of dollars over the years. Luckily, I contacted another BMW dealership that questioned Ferman's decision and advised me that they would be happy to service my older BMW. I ask again, how can a BMW dealership not service a vehicle that was bought at the dealership? I guess customer service and loyalty does not factor in at Ferman. More
