Quite possibly the most unprofessional dealership I have encountered, especially amongst luxury brands. A true detriment to the Mercedes brand. Jim Elefantis GM response was "first come first serve" until last minute. Caused unnecessary credit change as well as cost for wire transfer etc. Stay Away! More
