My Parents each have purchased multiple cars from Jacob Basathia as well as my sister and myself. I purchased another car Toyota Camry SE yesterday and My sister bought her Prius about a month ago. He is an honest man who gives us the best deal possible. There is no hard pressure and I know when I ask a question he knows the answer and does not ,like many salespeople ,pretend to know and then answer with what they think you want to hear. We trust him and enjoy our dealing with Jacob. I don't break out into a sweat anymore when I purchase a car :-) I have never found a better deal than with Jacob Basathia ,and Toyota of Naperville. Jocob Basathia has said on many occasions how Pat O'Brien the GM is a good man of integrity and I have found that also to be true. When you have integrity at the top it sets the tone of a Dealership. I wanted to also say I have worked with Kelsey in Service and She anticipates my needs and fixes any issues before they happen. I think is is excellent and stands out at her job.
