We pulled in to Crown and we were pleasantly greeted by a salesperson, Caroline Chambers. Told her up front we were not buying today, just looking. She patiently answered all of our questions, showed us a fe salesperson, Caroline Chambers. Told her up front we were not buying today, just looking. She patiently answered all of our questions, showed us a few Grand Cherokees, and explained the difference. Decided to value our trade, just to see where we were. Caroline never pressured us, only informed us of our options. In the end, Jeremy, Lee (managers) and Caroline made us a deal we liked and YES, we did buy that day. We can honestly say it was a pleasant experience. We highly recommend Caroline Chambers at Crown Chattanooga! More
