It has been a great experience at your services for about 8 years. Everyone at your services department are very friendly and business oriented. In the past, I did and always needed, complain when the car 8 years. Everyone at your services department are very friendly and business oriented. In the past, I did and always needed, complain when the car returned to me was with a lots of dark oil smear in the interior, at the driver seat side. Am happy to say that this time it was all clean without and dark oil smear. Thanks to your teams for paying attention to the cleanliness before returning the car to your customers. A great job! Well done! More

Terrible! Rip off. Charged us $208.50 for something we already knew was wrong. They had no solution other than to break stuff to get to the part, and then we w Rip off. Then said there was no guarantee they could find the parts for anything. Don't waste your money here. More

I was sent a video of some person screaming belligerently and another person trying to tell me about my vehicle while the other person is having some sort of mental breakdown, it was the most bizarre and dis and another person trying to tell me about my vehicle while the other person is having some sort of mental breakdown, it was the most bizarre and disgusting behavior that this service team seems to be proud of, I don’t understand why they would treat me like that when I’m just trying to get my vehicle serviced and bringing them revenue, it doesn’t make any sense.And then every time I get my vehicle serviced they send me this survey which comes across as extremely desperate for any possible positive response, well it’s not happening here, not after that. More

If Maita wasn’t so close to my house I wouldn’t use them I have a service package with my truck but haven’t been happy. I asked for my tires to be checked for a leak and was told it would be done. It wasn’t I have a service package with my truck but haven’t been happy. I asked for my tires to be checked for a leak and was told it would be done. It wasn’t the day after I picked truck up I had to have tire repaired. After one service one of my lug nuts was missing ( the one that locks) when I called I was told it was already missing, up to that point no other service place had taken the wheels off that truck except them and I feel if it was missing they should have told me at time of service. Seems unsafe to have something like that missing. More
