It seems like any time I come here, I always get someone who has an attitude. Sometimes there is someone who is genuinely nice, but over the past few years, I've come to the conclusion that unless you are s who has an attitude. I have finally had it with being treated like my time is not valuable when their service bays are empty. Honda of Omaha treated me better even though they were super busy. Many of the people at Honda of Lincoln act as though they hate their job. I dont trust HOL to even touch my car anymore, because the environment is so negative. There are plenty of better dealerships and mechanics in Lincoln. Thanks for ruining it for the Honda buyers there. More

He took time to understand our needs and provided excellent suggestions. He not only gave his suggested models but he told us why he thought a particular model was worth considering. He was ver patience and understanding, we never felt pressured or rushed. Regardless of the day or time of day we had a question, he responded promptly. The delivery went extremely well. He took his time and explained everything about the car especially the technology. Even after the delivery, we had questions and he was always there to help. The other reason we came back to Lincoln Honda was the service department. I think they are the best of the best!! Ended up being rust on my rotors and they resurfaced them for me. On the house because I am an awesome person 🤗 So is my sales guy Russ Meyer, Mark Salka in service and Andy Otoe manager.
