We were vacationing in Myrtle Beach from Connecticut. We were going home in three days and of course a warning light comes on. I called the dealership and they were booking appointments in four weeks. We were going home in three days and of course a warning light comes on. I called the dealership and they were booking appointments in four weeks. Matt asked if I could leave my SUV for the day and they would do their best to fit it in for a diagnosis. I did. I met Will a service writer and he was very patient and kind as I tried to explain the problem. Matt called that afternoon and asked to keep the vehicle overnight. The warning light was not cooperating. All diagnosis were done. No problem visualized. Matt was so thorough and caring. He is an asset to Myrtle Beach Kia. Thank you Matt. More

This is my second vehicle from them. The sales and service department are great. I wish I didn’t have to wait 6-8 weeks for a service appointment. The only gripe I have is that they don’t educate the sales and service staff ahead of time when new technology vehicles come in. I came in with a question on my new vehicle and the service advisor should have been lessoned on the updating process. I don’t blame the dealer I blame Kia for not educating the staff. This could lesson jam ups for the shop techs and make customers a lot happier. Thank you More
