My car is a 2022 with 717 miles and really did not need service but it was six months, so after emails and texts I scheduled, a bay incident caused my brand new car to be taken to an auto repair shop for r service but it was six months, so after emails and texts I scheduled, a bay incident caused my brand new car to be taken to an auto repair shop for repair…. Seriously absolutely horrible customer service from the very start…. I have been there twice so far and both tomes, the horrible experience with sales and now service….. inexcusable! More

They add extras on the base price, they include treatments to the car and don't give you a choice as to weather you want them or not.. since they do it to every car it should be included not extra treatments to the car and don't give you a choice as to weather you want them or not.. since they do it to every car it should be included not extra.. I didn't get all the paper work when I bought the car. Like a bill of sale. I was handed a thumb drive by the finance maniger he told everything was on the drive but when i got home and printed out ,it wasn't there neither was the name of the finance company. I am still waiting for the coupon book so I can make my car payments. So much for transparency, they must have come from Washington DC. Ugg. More
