This has been the absolute best car-buying experience we have ever had. We traveled 9 hours one way from NY to Ohio. The salesperson/lease manager, Mike Cooney treated us like this was our 10th car purchase have ever had. We traveled 9 hours one way from NY to Ohio. The salesperson/lease manager, Mike Cooney treated us like this was our 10th car purchase from his dealership, Klaben Ford Lincoln, in Kent Ohio.  Mike went all the way and above to assure us that this vehicle was in amazing condition for a used vehicle with extremely low mileage.  There was never any pressure.  We had a great feeling about dealing with Klaben from our initial phone call to Mike.  Mike Cooney held the car for us to look at and test drive., before putting it on the lot. This is unheard of, especially in today's marketplace.  We previously had rented a car to see a similar vehicle in Maryland and two-thirds of the way there, the dealer called and said it was sold.  When we met Mike at Klaben Ford Lincoln the day we arrived, the car was in pristine detailed condition and kept inside.  The car looked in showroom condition. Ran like brand new.  If you are looking for a high-quality new or used Ford or Lincoln, I would not go anywhere else, but Klaben.  Our total road trip to get the car was 18 hours round trip.  In the past buying a car, we have wasted 18 hours with other dealers with frustration, games, add-ons, etc., and still did not drive away with a vehicle.  As said earlier, our purchase with Mike Cooney and Klaben was a seamless great experience.  We will be driving to Klaben for certain for our next vehicle too.  In addition to Mike, a big thanks to Denise the finance manager who equally was not pushy and offered us add-ons that were ala carte and to our choosing.  We took the Ford Premium Extended Warranty and tire & rim protection.  We are driving a certified pre-owned vehicle that is in brand-new condition, including tires, brakes, interior, and exterior.  We are so happy, but most of all thankful to Mike Cooney for making this deal happen for us.  I urge you strongly to consider Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent Ohio to be your first choice in car shopping.  It will be an unparalleled experience. BTW, our trip home was a great ride in a great vehicle. Thanks, Mike Cooney & Klaben Ford Lincoln. More

None of the sales people were willing to go the extra mile to help you out.
