We were offered a beverage and very well taken care of. The hospitality was impeccable. Our sales associate, Jimmy, went above and beyond helping us with the right vehicle. He was very informative and kept us updated on the progress of the vehicles delivery time frame. He was genuine, never pushy, and truly helpful. This is our 1st foreign car purchase - as my husband is retired from Ford Motor Co! We LOVE the vehicle, but just as important, the knowledge and caring helpfulness that Jimmy Laumer offered! We had no hesitation or reservations about this new purchase because of him and because of Jimmy we look forward to being lifelong BMW of Westlake customers. Ken is knowledgeable about his cars, but not pushy. He answers questions readily but knows when to let the product he is demonstrating speak for itself! He listened to what I requested (the X3 and X5) and then, after driving both, asked me which one I preferred. Then he showed two choices and colors and even took pictures to send to my daughter and Son-in-Law to look at. They liked both, but I preferred the Dark Graphite Metallic. Ken was also flexible with financing arrangements and helped with the new Vanity Plate which saved me a lot of time and trouble. It is an honor and a privilege to work with him. His ability as a salesman matches or exceedes the quality of the BMW vehicles that he presents. Mike Delczeg knows the many details of the vehicle like the back of his hand. He has the patience of Job explaining the wonderful features in the vehicle. He also offered to come to my house to help me connect the garage door opener, if I need it. This is a wonderful courtesy not always offered at every dealership. In my opinion, Mike is a qualified partner to work with Ken. Once again, acquiring my first BMW was a wonderful experience. I am certain that I will not find a better BMW dealership in the world! More

We went in just to look around and weren’t even set on buying a BMW. Nezar met with us and was very honest about everything we asked. Our plan was to go to other dealers and explore different makes and mo buying a BMW. Nezar met with us and was very honest about everything we asked.
