Great dealership with great friendly service and a wide variety of cars. They also have a HUGE pre-owned inventory (one of the largest in the area-trust me, I have been looking). Friendly, personable, hospitable, and happy to help. Anthony Davis was a great salesman also. He made sure I got what I wanted and helped me choose the right option for me and my family. Very professional. I’ll be driving back up there from Springfield to purchase my next Ford from them! More

Mike Murphy Ford is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. My hybrid Fusion was towed to their dealership in January 2021 and they have yet to diagnose it as of March 25, 2021. I purcha dealt with in my life. My hybrid Fusion was towed to their dealership in January 2021 and they have yet to diagnose it as of March 25, 2021. I purchased the car at another dealership in Morton, but it was sent to MMF since they’re the local Ford warranty repair shop. After a month and a half I called a few times and even stopped in the dealership just to see what was taking so long. They never communicated with me or the dealership I purchased it from. They ignored our calls many of times. After two months went by, the situation wasn’t getting resolved so I emailed them letting them know I would be calling corporate for assistance, since no one at MMF ever kept me in the loop or communicated with me. My car sat on MMF’s lot for nearly a quarter of a year and they didn’t work on it at all. They could not even tell me what the problem was because they probably spent a grand total of 10 minutes on it in nearly 3 months. The service manager, Mitch was very rude and didn’t apologize or explain what was happening. My car was sent back to where it came from apparently because they could not handle the fact that I escalated the situation, therefore they refused to do business with me. This is a very poor dealership and I would not recommend it to anyone. Price may sell cars, but bad attitudes and poor service won’t retain customers. Word of mouth travels fast! A McDonald’s run by 16 year olds at midnight would be more efficient than MMF! I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star, because honestly, a 1 star is a little excessive. More

Found a truck online that i was interested in, so stopped by (unscheduled). Was helped immediately and Brandon brought the keys out for my family and I to test drive the truck. Really happy with the trucks by (unscheduled). Was helped immediately and Brandon brought the keys out for my family and I to test drive the truck. Really happy with the trucks performance and options. I asked Brandon for a trade-in evaluation, which he promptly got back to me within 30mins, along with a proposal for the truck. Returned a few days later and Brandon held the truck for me so we could close. Scheduled closing and was promptly helped and greeted by too many names to list. Great process and great service.
