Kelly was a dream to deal with. Quick, punctual, and has a good read on people to get things done. She got me that deal and out the door in one day. I was in a predicament and that was exactly the experience I needed for my mind to settle on bmw Westlake as the preferred dealer of choice were I can continue to be amazed by the brand, ownership, sales and service. Matt is an excellent service advisor. I’ve been to many of the local competitors and Matt wins the business for BMW Westlake. He’s efficient, quick and no bother. Two examples in the past month, x6 needed a water pump, part was there job was dune the same day as oil change under warranty. X7 had a front driver clunk, sway bar link, there the next day to be installed under warranty. To me car brand ownership is heavily weighted toward service and dealer experience, Matt provides that for me. More

Ken was a pleasure to work with. He asked me all the right questions and listened to me when I told him what I was looking for. He didn't waste my time or show me anything that I wouldn't be interested in and didn't try to sell me above the budget I set. I felt taken care of vs sold to and that means a lot! Mike in the financial dept answered all of my questions and got me in and out quickly and on my way with my new car! Ian was extremely helpful in explaining all the features of my new car to me and got me all set up. When something wasn't connecting properly and I had to return he was very patient and reset it for me. I am technological challenged so his patience with me did not go unnoticed! More
