I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. I think I got a very thorough repair. Someplace else would have missed the brake rotor issue that was found during the (almost) final check ride. Joe French also noticed the chips in my windshield and would have missed the brake rotor issue that was found during the (almost) final check ride. Who handled my original phone call to arrange the appointment? She was great. The cost was within my expected range. More
