I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. C.J. Wright was my sales person and I could not have asked for better. Christine Klaben finished up my deal in a very short amount of time which I also very much appreciated. It's hard to believe that she can keep all of the paperwork so straight and get through it all so quickly and accurately. Ford authorized a new transmission. The car's transmission already had a previous repair. That combined with difficulty in obtaining necessary parts resulted in the decision to go ahea The car's transmission already had a previous repair.
