Customer service was not good. Bought a brand new Lexus vehicle on 11/3/23 and had to bring it back the same day because the check engine light and several other lights came on. I Bought a brand new Lexus vehicle on 11/3/23 and had to bring it back the same day because the check engine light and several other lights came on. I did not get my brand new vehicle back until the week of Dec 20th and had it for 4 days and had to return it to the dealership because the heating elements to the seats were not working and the seats would not stay programmed. There was a computer issue which was the findings. I no longer wanted the vehicle and asked for a brand new one. I finally got a new vehicle on 2/1/24. After having conversations with the finance and manager, I was informed that they would give me the best deal. Instead of doing a collateral swap, they sold me a new vehicle and used my equity as a down payment to make it work. When going to finance to do paperwork they tried to not give me all the value I paid for original vehicle. Once everything was done, I asked for complimentary Lexus gear for my troubles and haven’t heard from anyone because they say it’s out of their control. More

FINALLY, after 4 months of chaos with my brand new 2024 Lexus, the dealership did what I asked then to do months ago. It’s been a ride I never want to take again & will never purchase another Lexus again. Lexus, the dealership did what I asked then to do months ago. It’s been a ride I never want to take again & will never purchase another Lexus again. Our salesman was short with us many times and when we confronted him with this, he said he mirrored our behavior, however he didn’t own a Lexus and it break after 3 DAYS. He should have kept his professionalism no matter what, so he needs further training. I could say so much, do your research before purchasing a Lexus! More
