Our salesman was short with us many times and when we confronted him with this, he said he mirrored our behavior, however he didn’t own a Lexus and it break after 3 DAYS. He should have kept his professionalism no matter what, so he needs further training. I could say so much, do your research before purchasing a Lexus! More
