I bought a Lincoln MKZ which I love. Mara was superb as was Max who did the numbers. I bought the car & they assured me a sunroof gasket would be fixed. It wasn't. Brought it back two Mara was superb as was Max who did the numbers. I bought the car & they assured me a sunroof gasket would be fixed. It wasn't. Brought it back two more times & was told part was overnighted & then that they "dropped the ball" & finally done. Brought my car out for a broken seat & blower motor problem in dash. They told me it was a leaf & the seat was fine. I called the manager, Mr. Hern who told me "Your warranty is up so you will have to pay for an upholsterer to come & take your seat apart & your seat works fine." I wrote the CEO who never responded & got in touch with Lincoln directly. The car went back & they discovered the blower motor needed to be replaced but again no seat problem they said. Told me they were sending my car back & never watched the video I sent. They took my car back again but this time I went there & showed Jason the service manager the seat back moving. He said "Oh you are right, I am so sorry." They had to order the parts & now the seat is finally fixed only because I bitched & kept complaining. Mr. Hern never bothered to apologize for talking down to me. Instead of doing something above & beyond like a free oil change for causing me to send my car three times & be talked down to & told my warranty was over. (It is over in May 2022) he didn't have the decency to make good. I love my Lincoln but could never recommend Herb Chambers again. People make mistakes but humans acknowledge them & make good on them and apologize. Mister Hern was perhaps having a bad day but told me to take my car & nothing was wrong. The seat was broken and the driver's seat has to be in tact for the airbags to deploy. He sent my car back to me twice unsafe. Herb Chambers' upper management should be ashamed of how I was treated & make changes to the way they do business. More

The service at this dealership is the absolute worst. Don’t get sucked in. Go to sentry in Medford or don’t but a Lincoln. Don’t get sucked in. Go to sentry in Medford or don’t but a Lincoln. More

Lincoln staff were initially responsive and bought our used car, took full possession of the vehicle, and agreed/promised to mail a check the next day. But we suggest thinking twice before agreeing to a used car, took full possession of the vehicle, and agreed/promised to mail a check the next day. But we suggest thinking twice before agreeing to a mailed check. The next day, Peter, the GM, brought up excuses why he couldn't mail the check that day as agreed, much less have a check ready for pickup. When questioned he threatened to not buy the vehicle. What kind of business treats customers this way? He then sent extra paperwork, but went silent for 2-3 days. Fortunately, Peter's staff were professional, and made up for lacking customer service. Recommend this dealership with reservation. The staff's professionalism is why we chose "yes" in lieu of "no." More

Chambers Lincoln of Norwood, MA may boast all it wants about their service departments. Well, I’m one of their customers for the time being and find them nothing less than abhorant to deal with. It w about their service departments. Well, I’m one of their customers for the time being and find them nothing less than abhorant to deal with. It was July 19, 2021, that I contacted Herb Chambers Lincoln in Norwood, relative to the engine in my 2019 MKZ leased vehicle was making unfamiliar loud noises. I brought it right in and was informed by the service department that the engine would need to be replaced or rebuilt. This is a vehicle with only 22,000 miles on it. In the meantime, I was temporarily provided with a little ‘roller skate’ of a vehicle, with filthy inside windows from Enterprise car rental to use. It was in no-way a comparison to the MKZ I leased from Chambers with its options. Nonetheless, with the understanding that the MKZ repair wouldn’t be too long, I took the rental and signed for the car insurance option in case anything happened during the supposedly short rental. After a number of weeks, Enterprise called me for my credit card again. That’s when I learned that my insurance for the rental to date was now $1,000 out of my pocket. Yes, I was stupid for opting for the additional insurance, but I wouldn’t have been placed in that position if it wasn’t for Chambers. I then called service and informed them of same and that I wanted my MKZ back or another MKZ with the options I had. But Chambers couldn’t or wouldn’t meet my request. The service department then provided me with a small SUV to use, with once again, dirty windows inside, and not in any way a comparison to the MKZ and my options. After another month went by, I called service and was provided with a used MKZ that was older than my leased one, and without my options like navigation, and also with dirty windows inside. Now the substitute MKZ change oil light is on and it needed to be brought in for service. I didn’t get my original leased car back until November 17. It was washed but the inside windows were dirty. (What a surprise!). Chambers had the vehcicle to repair for four (4) months. During that time period, not only have I been driving inferior products, but also paid $1,000 out of my pocket for insurance. Jason, the service manager stated they had lost five-mechanics, and that was why repairs were slower than normal. (How do you loose five mechanics if your treating them right?) Nonetheless, the day after I pick the car up, another noise is coming from the undercarriage and I have to take it back into Chambers. My 3-year lease expires this June, some 6 months away. I tried negotiating with Chambers for them to just keep the car and terminate my lease since Chambers failed to perform under the lease agreement. They refused. Now I bring my leased car back Monday for service to look at. Stay tuned! More
