Showed up for my appointment early and was greeted with enthusiasm at the driveway. My service writer came out and took all of my information and proceeded to have my vehicle ready long before the p with enthusiasm at the driveway. I was charged $97 to clean my gravel protector and that is not why I came into the dealership. The problem I came in for of course was as not resolved. But they were quick to charge me for the mechanics la is not why I came into the dealership. The problem I came in for of course was as not resolved. But they were quick to charge me for the mechanics labor. I asked to give me a call before anything is done that won’t be covered by the warranty and yet I wasn’t called and had to pay the labor fee. Ridiculous. More
