My former vehicle, from another manufacturer was also a luxury SUV but pales in comparison to the Lincoln Nautilus. The technology of the vehicle is amazing and the courtesy and friendliness of all involved Dorsch Staff made my first Lincoln experience very pleasant. I’m very glad I made the change in vehicles and will truly enjoy this vehicle. Chris Dorsch was extremely helpful and took his time reviewing all the features of the Nautilus before I drove it away! I came to this dealership knowing I needed an SUV it had to have AWD and plenty of storage/cargo room. We travel all over the state for hockey during the winter months. I came in with an open mind, but more leaning towards a Kia Sorento. Pat Chady our salesman was extremely helpful and he knew his stuff. He showed us several options all different makes and models. Shortly before we left Pat mentioned buying a brand new Kia Sorento, we had to leave at the point due to other obligations. Pat sent all the information on buying brand new plus several purchasing options via texting. We decided to go that route and came back the next day. Not once during this process was Pat “pushy”, this was the easiest vehicle buying process! I love my new Kia Sorento! Thank you Pat and Dorsch for the best vehicle buying process ever! I will always recommend you guys! More

Extremely impressed My husband and I had an appointment to bring back our Kia because the lease was over. We were returning our KIA Sportage because the lease was up and really had no idea what we were going to do to replace it. Carin Gardner did an excellent job asking what our highest needs were.
