I have been dealing with Mike in service for 10 years he is excellent. I can get an appointment that's convenient for me. He arranges a drop me off and pick up if needed. Mike informs me what repairs need to be done and if there are any recalls. I know my car is always in good running condition as he takes care of everything to keep it up to date. Larry in sales is wonderful. He finds the cars I want and explains the difference between the models. We started walking around looking at Santa Fe’s and Ricky came out said hello and introduced himself and started talking to us. Nice guy not rushing us just showing us the different cars. What a difference compared to Happy Hyundai where I bought my Santa Fe in 2019. Who we visited just before coming to Family Hyundai. At Happy Hyundai they were not very willing to negotiate. . We left and drove to Family Hyundai. I am glad we did because from the time we walked in until we left family Hyundai, everyone was very nice. Even security at the front door. Ricky explained everything. He walked us back to service we set our first appointment up for an oil change. Introduced us to Crystal the service advisor, then the finance guy. All were very nice. When we were Ready to leave he walked us out to our new car to make sure we were comfortable driving it since there is a lot of new gadgets on the car. We had to go back the next day to bring the title to the trade in and Ricky asked us how we were doing with the new car. He then called a couple days later to see if we had any questions on the car. Great guy. More
