On June 28th. Beaver Toyota serviced my car or so I think. I had wipers,filters, battery all replaced. Oil and filter. Tires supposedly replaced I thought.i am dis Beaver Toyota serviced my car or so I think. I had wipers,filters, battery all replaced. Oil and filter. Tires supposedly replaced I thought.i am disabled and they have serviced since I bought it..I was driving in backwoods GA. Started pouring rain. A wiper blade flew out from under my hood. I pulled over. Shut down to get it. Got back in my battery that I thought i bought was dead. Opened hood. Original battery still in. I trusted them with not only my life, but my dad who I take to chemo and 80 year old mother in law I drive to doctors. This is so not right. I spent almost 409 dollars. Did they even service my car. Someone has to be hel accountable. What else are you doing to other people. My car will not be back to Beaver Toyota in St. Augustine. Better hope my filters look new. Not a happy person right now.. More

Let’s start is review off right, customer service throughout the entire dealership was awesome, from the first phone call to the to the closing of my purchase every staff member I dealt with was prof throughout the entire dealership was awesome, from the first phone call to the to the closing of my purchase every staff member I dealt with was professional and courteous. Christian Beaver was my Product Specialist he was quick and efficient, great rep to work with. I was able to tour the lot, test drive my vehicle, and close the deal all while carrying my 9-month-old. Christian drove the golf cart around so we did not have to walk in the sun with carrying a 30lb “package” and was patient with the implementation of a car seat for the test drive. Negotiations were quick and fair with full disclosure. I was happy with the process and conclusion. George May was the Sales Leader/Manager I dealt with, he provided great customer service and was patient with my child and my stubborn demeaner. All and all it was a great experience, I traveled an hour just to avoid the terrible service I received in Jacksonville FL and was not disappointed with this decision, highly recommend Beaver Toyota. Side note, the service department deserves a thumbs up as well, in and out on a Sunday. More

I brought my car in for an oil change. I was helped immediately and proceeded to wait for it to be completed in a very nice and clean environment! I also enjoyed helping myself to coffee a I was helped immediately and proceeded to wait for it to be completed in a very nice and clean environment! I also enjoyed helping myself to coffee and a donut. I was advised that due to the milage on the car, the fuel injector cleaning was recommended. The estimated cost was given to me and I authorized the work. A half hour later, work was completed. Very happy with my total experience! More
