You couldn't even call me. You have my information. I'm the one it happened to. Oh but lets try to fix this review publicly. I see where the customer counts. The labor and everything is $186 and change for the battery. Your crew let me leave with a nail in my tire. Told me to go have it plugged. They couldn't patch it. That's fine. Could have put it on the back in case it blew out. Left the old wipers under my hood. They flew out while i was driving. My cabin filter better be yours. I paid for one. You have a copy. You can see exactly. Thank you for the awesome service. NOT!!!!! Unacceptable.

Wow. Wow. Wow.really. Miss Nancy West knows all about my complaint. She was gonna reach out to. What a joke. You found the time and strength to write this response. Not helping this issue. But the the world can read for themselves and all the others who have been abused by this dealership. I will write a review everywhere i can and thinking of calling Ken.. I'm tired of being taking advantage of. Thank you for caring. It really shows.

I spoke with the Service Manager and he stated that he had spoken to your husband and was giving him a refund on the battery. And a sincere apology. I am not sure what more I can do but I do go back to work tomorrow and I will check on this 1st thing.

Lets see its almost 4 pm. Monday 7/25/22..The person this happened to has yet to be contacted other than this public review. Which your trying like xxxx to make look good.. Your so called service manager never gave my husband an apology or even tried to contact me. What he said to my husband that set him off was. I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME..Thats a strange apology . I'm the only one putting in the work. I find out what was done to me, my husband brings my car in and nothing is done. You asked what more do i want? You and that Dealership doing their job. Noone should have to go through this. People make mistakes. This is to many and after all these responses and all the stories people are sharing and Not one person has yet to contact me. I want you all to kiss my xxx..Oh you wowed me alright. Diane West knew about my facebook complaint. This may or may not be her. The whole dealership knew my husband left furious,and yet not one person thought it appropriate to contact me. When am i supposed to get this refund on the battery with labor and why wasn't it paid to him before he left last week? I had to pay before i left, on work not done or completed..I know you have surveillance in there. Look and see if they did everything i paid for. The cabin filter is yet to be determined if it's yours. I have no way of knowing if it's yours or the original. Because noone went out and even bothered to see what was actually done when my husband drove my car there last week.The wipers, were. Their visual. My computer wasn't even reset..Oh yes, I was definitely wowed. People beware of Beaver Toyota..very pissed of client/customer
