Car had damage to the front bumper cover. I was told it would be fixed. It wasn’t. No owners manual. I wasn’t made aware Had to purchase one Car had one ignition fob. I wasn’t made aware. If I want in a bind to get a car I would have not purchased and gone elsewhere. Not really happy! More

Salesperson was very kind and helpful, but I had to chase him around for updates. Being told 3 days in a row to expect a call from the finance manager and never getting that call is a little frustrating afte him around for updates. DCH Toyota is consistently excellent in its car care AND its customer service. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years because of this. Once repairs or maintenance service is complete, the cars run good its customer service. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years because of this. Once repairs or maintenance service is complete, the cars run good as new until the next time maintenance is required. The staff who work there, especially in the service department, are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and HONEST. The car mechanics are really skilled in their work. I highly recommend DCH Wappingers Toyota. More

Well I had a routine service and they found a problem that was covered under warranty and fixed it, also noticed my front brakes needed to be replaced. All was done in a timely and reliable manner, and actually a bit less than the price I was quoted. Then as I was waiting for the service department to get finished, I had my 2018 Tacoma appraised and they gave me $30,000 with 72,000 miles at least $1000 dollars more than anyone else. So I talked with a salesman and we found a 2023 loaded Tacoma coming in. So now I just bought my new 2023 Tacoma TRD sport double cab. So once again DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota went above the last 2 dealers I’ve dealt with. And I got a new Tacoma, great job More
