I was given the wrong sales price when i agreed to lease the car. The correct price was not revealed until the day i went in to pick up the car. A month after i have the car, the dealer calls me to let me k the car. The correct price was not revealed until the day i went in to pick up the car. A month after i have the car, the dealer calls me to let me know the wrong bank rate was used when i signed my lease contract and that i have to go back in to sign new papers. It was a mess. I was glad to be able to get a new car, I think negotiations went fine. I do think that it was rude that mikes manager would not look me in the eye at all and only directed his attention to my gran negotiations went fine. I do think that it was rude that mikes manager would not look me in the eye at all and only directed his attention to my grandfather even though i was the one putting the money. Once I said I was putting 15K down the manager glanced at me realizing I’m the one paying but still only spoke to my grandfather. Mike did a great job and I thanked him for treating me with respect and not referring to my grandfather the entire time. I shouldn’t have to bring in a man to get a good deal or even get any respect but I’m glad Mike was a decent person. More
