Louis was great and easy to work with. He had patience and very kind. He took his time and let me take my time deciding on a car. The whole experience was a positive one. There was only one issue that we had after the sale and that was the windshield wiper fluid tube. Had a hole in it and had to be fixed. Not the end of the world.
